Orders are prepared from available California inventory. Processing and transit estimates may vary by product, destination, carrier, and order review.
Contact Anivista before sending any item back. A return sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Hair systems and related personal-care goods may have return restrictions once opened, altered, cut, colored, worn, or otherwise changed from their original condition. Review the product-specific terms before purchase.
If an order arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
